Position: nCino Solution Architect / nCino Technical ArchitectLocation: New York, NYC (Onsite)Long Term Contract On C2CKey Responsibilities:Design end-to-end nCino solutions for commercial, retail, and corporate lending.Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.Create scalable solution architectures aligned with Salesforce and nCino best practices.Configure and customize nCino modules such as:Loan OriginationCredit ManagementCollateral ManagementCovenant ManagementPortfolio ManagementDefine integration architecture with core banking systems and third-party applications.Lead technical design reviews and ensure solution quality, security, and compliance.Guide development teams on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and integrations.Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and project managers throughout project delivery.Support estimation, pre-sales, and architecture governance.Mentor developers and junior architects.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of the nCino platform.Salesforce architecture and development expertise.Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs.Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.Integration design and middleware.Data modeling and security.Banking domain knowledge, especially commercial lending and loan origination.Agile/Scrum methodology.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.8–15 years of IT experience.4–6+ years of hands-on nCino experience.Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer, Architect).nCino certifications (Commercial Banking, Platform, or related).TOGAF certification is a plus.Common Tools & Technologies:Salesforce CRMnCino Bank Operating SystemApexLightning Web Components (LWC)VisualforceSalesforce FlowREST/SOAP APIsGitCopado or AutoRabitJiraCI/CD toolsKey Competencies:Solution architectureBanking and lending domain expertiseStakeholder managementLeadership and mentoringProblem-solvingCommunication and presentation skillsTechnical governance
