Embedded Developer W2 Only

Position: Embedded C++ Developer Location: Moline, IL (Onsite, 3 days/week) Duration: 05+ Months Rate $80-80/HR On W2 Our company is seeking a highly skilled Embedded C++ Developer to join our team in Moline, IL. As an Embedded C++ Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing embedded software solutions using C++ programming language. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Embedded C++ and Linux C++ programming, along with experience in system design thinking for embedded/Linux development. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain embedded software solutions using C++ programming language. Utilize core C++ features such as virtual functions, type casting, pointers, multithreading, and STL (Containers and algorithms). Demonstrate expertise in Linux C++ development and work with Linux-based systems. Apply knowledge of design patterns to develop efficient and scalable solutions. Employ basic logical programming skills to solve complex problems. Utilize experience with CAN basics (J1939, UDS) to develop embedded software solutions. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the latest developer tools, including Visual Studio/CMake, Conan, Git, and GDB. 2 or more years of experience working with Agile development process. Proficiency in Test Driven Development (TDD) and Test Automation. Experience with CI/CD build processes and configuration. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with global team members, business partners, and stakeholders. Requirements: Must have experience in Embedded C++ and/or Linux C++ programming.
