Status:FT - DaysPT - DaysPRN - Days - as neededRN/LPN/CRT or RRTPOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development the and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients servedConducts and documents assessments through the collection and analysis of dataDevelops and revises the individualized plan of care based on assessment, desired outcomes, and knowledgeProvides patient/family education based on plan of care and identified needsPromotes customer service initiativesDemonstrates ability to perform technical skills and proceduresAdminister cardiac rehab programAll other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS: Current licensure in any of the following: RN/LPN/CRT/RRTCurrent BLS/ACLS certification (or obtain prior to the completion of orientation)Minimum of 3 years of rehab experience preferred
