TPA Management Specialist

In short, We Enable PossibilitySM.Position Description:Independently manage assigned Third Party Administrator (TPA) relationshipsAddress and resolve TPA performance issues in coordination with internal partners (Stat Reporting, Finance, Claims Finance, DQ, Claims IT, Underwriting, Claims, Legal)Collaborate with internal partners to identify and address process gaps or potential efficienciesManage day to day issues and inquiries from our TPAs and internal partnersComplete comprehensive due diligence reviews of potential new TPAsComplete multi-step onboarding process of new TPAsParticipate in projects as requestedComplete annual TPA reviews, PWC testing and other key initiatives for assigned TPAsMentor and train new team membersOther duties as assignedKey Competencies:Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to effectively prioritize multiple responsibilitiesDetail and results-orientedTeam orientedAbility to problem solveEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 7 years Insurance Claims experienceMinimum 7 years TPA knowledge#LI-SW1#LI-HYBRIDFor individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$100,000 - $120,000/year* Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
