Job Title: PCMS Engineer/Mechanical Integrity Engineer
Location: Midland, TX
Overview
We are seeking a PCMS Engineer with experience in Asset Integrity and Mechanical Integrity programs within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will support inspection management, equipment integrity, corrosion monitoring, and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) activities using PCMS.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage equipment inspection data in PCMS.
Support integrity programs for pressure vessels, piping, pipelines, and pressure safety valves (PSVs).
Perform corrosion monitoring, thickness analysis, and remaining life assessments.
Develop and maintain RBI programs and inspection schedules.
Generate reports, dashboards, and integrity performance metrics.
Coordinate with maintenance and reliability teams to support compliance and risk reduction.
Ensure inspection records and asset integrity data are accurate and up to date.
Support turnaround activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

PCMS (Plant Condition Management System)
Asset Integrity / Mechanical Integrity
RBI (Risk-Based Inspection)
Corrosion Monitoring & Analysis
Thickness Monitoring & Remaining Life Assessment
Inspection Data Management
PSV, Piping, Pipeline, and Static Equipment Integrity
API / ASME Standards
SAP PM or Maximo (preferred)
Qualifications
Valid PCMS Certification (required)
Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Corrosion, or related Engineering discipline (preferred)
Oil & Gas industry experience
API certifications such as 510, 570, 653, 579, or 580 are a plus
