Building Maintenance Manager

Job Description We are seeking a Janitor-Custodian to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, making basic repairs to the building, including painting and upkeep (indoors and outdoors), assisting with the pickup and distribution of food donations, and cleaning/general maintenance of the building.​​​​​Responsibilities:Keep buildings in clean and orderly conditionPerform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugsPerform routine maintenance tasksOrganize custodial closets and spacesMaintain the working conditions of the cleaning equipmentLoading and offloadingMust be able to lift 50 lbs or more​Qualifications:Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fieldsAbility to handle physical workloadStrong attention to detailStrong organizational skillsTeamworkOur Building Maintenance Manager would perform a wide range of tasks to ensure the upkeep and proper functioning of a building, its systems, and its grounds. These duties include repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep.
