The Internet Sales Professionals has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of $16.04. The position also pays a bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) WITHOUT ANY FIXED UPPER LIMITS! Airport Marina Honda is looking for exciting, energetic, and money-motivated Internet Sales Professionals ( E-Commerce). We are a Costco and Truecar dealership with plenty of quality leads. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Internet manager/salesperson, or a top notch sales person on the floor that feels they are ready for the internet and may have been looked over at their current store. Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectability Fully proficient with title laws and registration process Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts QUALIFICATIONS College degree preferred or equivalent experience Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures Professional personal appearance & excellent communication skills. Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional Appearance Must be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
