Litigation Associate

We have partnered with a national law firm in a search for an Insurance Litigation Associate to join their litigation practice group in Atlanta, GA.Key Responsibilities:Represent insurance policyholders in insurance disputes in a wide variety of coverage disputes including but not limited to: commercial general litigation, commercial property, commercial auto, class action lawsuit defense coverage, catastrophic first-party property losses, professional liability, environment and toxic tort claims, etc.Review insurance policiesAnalyze and counsel on insurance coverage issuesParticipate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trialsQualifications:Licensed to practice law in Georgia At least 2 years of experience in a large law firm environment
