Import Export Coordinator Location: Surprise, AZ (with regular travel) Reports to: Trade Compliance Manager Compensation: $23–$27/hour, depending on experience (DOE)   Join a growing logistics and trade compliance team where your expertise directly impacts international operations, inventory accuracy, and supply chain performance. Work Environment: Primary location is Surprise, AZ, with regular travel to client locations in Pinal County. We offer a travel-friendly environment with mileage reimbursement plus a 30% bonus above the federal rate, along with flexible scheduling during travel to support work-life balance.   Key Responsibilities: Trade Compliance & Documentation Ensure all import/export activities comply with U.S. Customs (CBP) regulations and internal policies Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including commercial invoices and export manifests Verify HTS classifications and country of origin for accuracy Logistics Coordination Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers Monitor shipment timelines, resolve delays proactively, and ensure documentation aligns with export declarations Inventory & Recordkeeping Maintain accurate, auditable records of inventory and shipment activity Ensure compliance with traceability and recordkeeping requirements Reporting & Process Support Support weekly and monthly reporting, including export summaries Assist with compliance inquiries, documentation corrections, and SOP updates   Qualifications: Required Must have a working knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations and CBP procedures  2+ years of experience in import/export operations, trade compliance, customs brokerage, freight forwarding, or international logistics. Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and external partners.
