This role uses analytical tools such as Lawson, Epic, and Excel to track utilization, control spend, and ensure the right supplies are available when patient care needs them most.🔑 What You’ll Do Manage inventory for OR and specialty areas, including replenishment and requisitions Process consignments, verify contracts, and coordinate with vendors Analyze usage data to improve efficiency and reduce costs Adjust par levels and manage expired or obsolete inventory Maintain order guides, labeling, and organized storage areas Collaborate with corporate teams on item activations, contracts, and Epic integrity Process non-stock requisitions and follow through with Purchasing Review upcoming procedure schedules for special supply needs Coordinate product trials, conversions, and recalls Support tissue tracking systems as applicable Actively contribute to departmental goals and continuous improvement🎓 Education & Experience✅ High School Diploma or GED✅ 6+ years of inventory management experience✅ Familiarity with automated supply chain systems✅ Strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)✅ Valid driver’s license🎓 Education Substitutions Associate’s degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience Bachelor’s degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience🚀 Ready to Make an Impact?If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supply chain excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment, we want to hear from you!👉 Apply today and help support world-class patient care at ORMC.
