Role Description The Sales Manager - B2B Growth will drive business expansion by identifying, pursuing, and nurturing B2B partnerships and sales opportunities for our products in the Pacific Northwest. This full-time, on-site role based in Redmond, WA, requires managing and growing relationships with wholesale clients such as cafes, grocery stores, and restaurants. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, identifying new market opportunities, conducting client presentations, and collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of client needs. Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience with skills in client relationship management and account developmentProficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and market analysisAbility to create and deliver impactful client presentations and proposalsStrong planning, organizational, and time management skillsProactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independentlyFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic computer applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
