Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and technical partners to design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business operations.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications and solutionsBuild and enhance Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning ComponentsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsSupport and optimize Salesforce workflows, automation, and integrationsDevelop and maintain integrations with third-party systems and APIsEnsure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and architecture standardsTroubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective resolutionsPartner with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and ITParticipate in system enhancements, deployments, and ongoing platform improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field5+ years of Salesforce development experienceStrong hands-on experience with:ApexVisualforceLightning ComponentsExperience supporting or working closely with B2B sales organizationsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture and development best practicesExperience with Salesforce integrations and API technologiesSalesforce Platform Developer I certification requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within teamsPreferred QualificationsAdditional Salesforce certificationsExperience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementationsKnowledge of Sales Cloud and Service CloudExperience working in fast-paced or high-growth environmentsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies
