Our teams are passionate about their work and dedicated to the landscape profession.We are looking for an experienced mason with a specialty in construction of highly detailed, architecturally complex chimneys and fireplaces.QualificationsCrew leaders require 3 year minimum of crew supervisory experienceMust have knowledge and experience in building and reconstructing fireplaces from start to finish including, but not limited to: superstructures, hearths, fire boxes, flu’s, chimney caps and natural stone veneersKnowledge of flat and vertical masonry, including layout is preferredCompetent in erecting and dismantling scaffoldingExperience planning and ordering necessary materials for jobsLeader must understand state codes regarding fireplaces and structuresStrong understanding of residential construction framing, flashing, and waterproofingMust have ability to read plans, perform take offs for materials and layoutExperience communicating with internal and external stakeholders including General Contractor, Site Supervisors, Project Managers and CrewAbility to lead and mentor crew membersAbility to stay productive while coordinating with site superintendents and multiple tradesAbility and licensing to drive non-CDL trucks and trailersReliability a mustExperience with maintaining a safe work environment including jobsite cleanliness, PPE, and safety related practices related to masonry workRequirementsValid driver's license with a good driving recordDOT certification is required for this roleAbility to work in various weather conditionsGood physical condition with an ability to lift over 40lbsStrong communication skillsThe Perks401(k) plan with company match Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance FSA/HSA PerkSpot Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance Paid time Off Tuition Reimbursement (after one year of service) Pay TransparencyMariani Enterprises LLC is committed to pay transparency and equity among all employees and provides employees with an environment where pay transparency and dialogue on compensation are allowed.
