Position: Pool MonitorLocation: Orlando, FLPay: $20/hourExperience: Previous experience in security, pool monitoring, or customer service preferredType: Part-time; TemporarySchedule: Saturday and Sundays, 4pm to 9pmHH Staffing is seeking a part-time Pool Monitor to join a growing and dynamic team!Job DescriptionMonitor the pool area to ensure all community rules and safety guidelines are followedVerify that all individuals in the pool area are wearing valid pool bandsEnforce pool band policy: anyone without a band must leave the pool areaEnsure no loud music is being playedEnforce the no glassware policy in the pool areaUphold all additional pool rules as outlined on posted signageWear a safety vest at all times while on duty for visibilityMaintain a visible and professional presence throughout the shiftDocument and report incidents.Provide a detailed list/report of individuals removed from the pool area and the reasons for removalPosition RequirementsStrong attention to detail and ability to enforce rules professionallyComfortable addressing rule violations and handling conflict calmlyReliable and punctual with strong communication skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAdditional Requirements:Must be able to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistentlyMust wear the provided safety vest during all shiftsMust maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all timesHH Staffing is part of Array Corporation, the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
