Residential Services ManagerFull-Time | ExemptSchedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week. Flexibility required. One weekend day per month with flex time.Position OverviewThe Residential Services Manager provides overall leadership and oversight of assigned residential programs serving individuals with disabilities. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and person-centered support to maximize individual outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations of assigned residential programs, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policiesDevelop, implement, and review Individual Plans (IPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teamsSupervise, train, support, and evaluate residential staff; ensure required certifications and trainings are maintainedMaintain accurate program, staff, and individual records; ensure documentation and audits are completed in required systemsMonitor program budgets, staffing levels, overtime, and resourcesOversee medication administration and compliance per state guidelinesFacilitate team meetings and maintain consistent communication with leadershipParticipate in licensing reviews, audits, and emergency on-call rotationPromote safe, clean, and well-maintained residential environmentsQualificationsHigh School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferredMinimum 1 year experience in the disabilities field with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with HS/GEDSupervisory experience preferredValid driver's license and insurable driving recordAbility to complete required trainings (CPR, First Aid, PMT, Medication Administration, etc.)Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with electronic health record systems preferredRequirementsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and assist with transfersAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical interventions as neededMust be able to work in environments that may involve behavioral challengesAdditional InformationThis position requires reliability, teamwork, independent decision-making, and a strong commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities.Full Job Description attached.
