Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Software Development Engineer 3 to join their team. As a Software Development Engineer 3, you will be part of the Turn10 team supporting infrastructure and middleware technology that enhances development across multiple titles. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization. Top Hard Skills CI/CD systems experience – Hands-on experience building and/or working with CI/CD pipelines that support large-scale software or game development (5-7 years). Scalable infrastructure systems – Experience designing and supporting large-scale infrastructure systems for enterprise or game development environments (5-7 years). Programming & scripting languages – Strong experience with C# and PowerShell (both required), plus general scripting languages (5-7 years). Job Title Software Development Engineer 3 Location Redmond, WA (hybrid) Pay Range 55-64/hr - 6 month contract + chance of extension What's the Job? Build and maintain shared infrastructure and middleware technology supporting game development. Contribute to execution, stabilization, and performance improvements across CI/CD systems and development pipelines. Ensure build systems are reliable, fast, and scalable for ongoing development projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support large-scale game build systems and external partner support. Implement hands-on solutions to optimize development workflows and infrastructure. What's Needed? 5-7 years of C# & PowerShell + general scripting Experience working on large-scale build systems for games or similar projects. Supporting external partners remotely with technical expertise. Strong understanding of CI/CD systems and development pipelines. Proficiency in relevant programming languages and infrastructure tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to support diverse stakeholders. What's in it for me?
