Job: IT Infrastructure Support Engineer Job Location: Orlando/Celebration, FL Job Type: ContractPosition SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on IT Technician / IT Engineer to support end-user devices, network infrastructure, and Microsoft Azure environments. The ideal candidate has broad experience in desktop support, networking, Microsoft 365, and Azure and can work independently while collaborating with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide onsite and remote support for Windows 11 desktops/laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals.Deploy, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain end-user devices and applications.Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and access management.Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity issues.Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on site implementations, network upgrades, and infrastructure projects.Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure networking, storage, VMs, identity, and cloud services.Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures.Required SkillsStrong Desktop/End-User Support and Windows 11 experience.Hands-on network troubleshooting: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, and basic firewall concepts.Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID/Azure AD.Microsoft 365 administration and support.Active Directory and identity/access management.Strong troubleshooting, communication, customer service, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently and provide onsite support as required.PreferredExperience supporting enterprise/multi-site environments, cloud migrations or infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity best practices, and IT ticketing/service management systems.
