Specialising in Vizrt & Unreal engine products and workflows, we have over 30 years of industry experience in the conception, production and successful delivery of full turnkey and bespoke on-air graphics solutions across all media platforms.The Role:There are a multitude of skilled individuals in our creative, technical, and operational departments and we’re expanding our Art department to ensure the exceptional quality of delivery that our clients have become accustomed to. We are seeking an experienced Art Director to lead our LATAM based team in the creative development and execution of high-impact real-time graphics for broadcast, virtual production, and live events. This role combines creative direction, hands-on 3D expertise, and team leadership to deliver visually compelling solutions for global clients across sports, entertainment, and live productions.This is a contract role, based remotely with the ability to work closely with our LATAM based team, you must be available during core business hours throughout this timezone. At times you may be required to support a global portfolio requiring flexibility with non-traditional hours. What you will do: Lead the creative vision and visual direction across real-time broadcast, AR, and virtual production projectsCollaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and clients to define concepts, goals, and visual strategiesTranslate ideas into clear design systems, toolkits, and production-ready workflowsOversee the development of 2D/3D assets, motion graphics, and real-time environments from concept to final deliveryGuide and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, 3D artists, and motion designers across global teamsEnsure high standards of visual quality, consistency, and performance, particularly for real-time applicationsCreate and present mood boards, style frames, and proposals to communicate creative directionLead internal and client-facing meetings, aligning teams on timelines, deliverables, and expectationsPush creative boundaries while maintaining efficiency and scalability in production workflowsWork closely with technical teams to optimise assets and pipelines for Unreal Engine and broadcast systemsWho you are: Bilingual (English/Spanish)Strong background in Art Direction, Motion Design, or 3D Design within broadcast, virtual production, or real-time environmentsAdvanced proficiency in tools such as Cinema 4D, Maya, After Effects, Photoshop, Blender, Unreal EngineDeep understanding of real-time pipelines, asset optimisation, and performance constraintsProven ability to lead projects from concept through executionStrong visual storytelling, composition, and design fundamentalsExperience managing and guiding creative teams across multiple projectsExcellent communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal teamsAbility to balance creative ambition with technical and production constraintsExperience in broadcast graphics, live production, or augmented realityExtra Credit: A passion for sports and graphics, familiarity with technologies such as Vizrt and Unreal EngineExperience working with global teams and fast-paced production environmentsAdobe Creative SuiteSubstance Painter / DesignerReal-time rendering pipelines (AR / XR / Virtual Production)Drawing skillsHow To Apply:If you're someone who thrives in high pressured environments & delivers flawlessly under tight deadlines, looking to utilise your skillset in the live Broadcast environment, please ensure you attach a one page cover letter that highlights “Who you are” to support our outline of “What you will do” alongside your current portfolio with your application.
