Business Development Manager, Counter UASMistral, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ondas, a team of defense companies. Mistral has the mission of "Bridging" operational gaps in the Defense and Law Enforcement markets with practical, innovative, and high readiness solutions.Mistral is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager, Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (CUAS) to support the securing and execution of multiple defense contracts. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Bethesda, MD headquarters reporting to the Vice President, Business Development (Ondas). Keeping partners informed on a regular basis to achieve planned goals and objectives.Oversee all aspects of program management, manufacturing, integration, and testingOversees supply chain coordination, vendor performance, and material procurement for critical componentsLead cross-functional team through production ramp-up, quality assurance, and fieldingFully accountable and responsible for program on time execution, quality, and budget adherence.Maintain clear communication with upper management on program risks and risk mitigation plan.Support and participate in program reviews, technical interchange meetings (TIMs), and warfighter demonstrationsEnsure regulatory compliance with ITAR, DoD cyber, security, safety, contracting, and inspection requirementsDevelop and report on key program metrics including cost, schedule, technical performance, and riskPerform other duties as assigned.Requirements:BS/BA Degree – or equivalent experience; MBA or Master’s degree desired.PMP Certification desired.At least 5 years leading Department of Defense programs.Additional experience with government contracts or veteran status a plus.Must possess or be eligible for Secret clearance.Because the responsibilities of this position will involve access to ITAR/EAR-controlled information, Mistral will screen prospective job candidates to be staffed in this role and will only consider U.S. persons for ITAR/EAR compliance purposes.
