Production Lead Job Duties: Facilitate communication among teams to align with customer expectations. Provide daily updates on issues and priorities between shifts. Collect and report quality data, trends, and issues promptly. Organize daily production schedules based on established priorities and contribute to meeting production objectives while ensuring high-quality standards. Assist in training team members to exceed customer expectations and act as a resource for inquiries. Model and enforce compliance with Safety, ESD, ITAR, and QMS standards while seeking process improvements and efficiency.
