Complies to INS and IgNS standards of practice, CDC guidelines, scope and standards of practice, and code of ethics as defined by American Nurses Association Develop goals of patients with Pharmacy staff Assesses patients and establishes appropriate plan of care base on health needs Educates patients and caregivers with resources and health related information Coordinates nursing care with Home Health agencies as required Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Nursing Valid Nursing License One year of experience as a Registered Nurse; Infusion and Home Health Care experience preferred Knowledge in IV therapy is a plus CPR certified Effective verbal and written communication skills About Our Line Of BusinessAmerita, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a specialty infusion company focused on providing complex pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside of the hospital.
