Location: Home-based, United StatesPosition SummaryAs an Associate User Engagement Advocate focused on the SMB and e-commerce segment, you will own and grow relationships with a defined book of customers from the moment they join through every stage of their journey. Your work directly drives contract growth and renewal, and you will serve as the primary connection between our users and the value our products deliver.This is a meaningful opportunity for someone who is energized by building trust with customers and turning those relationships into long-term business outcomes.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Growth and OwnershipTake direct accountability for the growth of your SMB customer portfolioIdentify expansion opportunities within the existing customer baseGuide users through the full post-purchase journey from initial adoption to expansionProactively surface new opportunities before customers think to askServe as the consistent presence in the customer experience from onboarding forwardRelationship ManagementDevelop deep, substantive relationships with customers grounded in a genuine understanding of their goals and challengesLead structured onboarding sessions and maintain clear, timely follow-up communicationsConsistently look for ways to add value beyond the immediate transactionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Sales, Success, and Marketing teams to ensure users receive a seamless, consistent experience across every touchpointChannel customer feedback to the Product team to inform solution developmentWork with Marketing to build user advocacy within the customer baseUser Education and EnablementApply product knowledge and communication skills to help users get the most out of what they have purchasedStay current on product developments and industry trendsBring relevant knowledge directly to customers in practical, accessible waysPosition DetailsThis is a full-time, individual contributor role expected to work 40 hours per week, hybrid based in our Exton, PA office.This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.No travel required.Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements). QualificationsPrior internship experience in any industry. (Software/IT will have preference.)Strong communication skills no matter the medium you’re interacting with people in. You actively listen, ensure efficiency with the right questions, and infect with your positive energy.Experience in Microsoft Excel, Power BI and CRM tools is a plus.Leverage data to set, track, and achieve measurable targets and key performance indicators.Driven to constantly learn and evolve to better serve user needs.Troubleshoot daily work issues and independently drive projects forward to successful completion.What We OfferA great Team and culture – please see our colleague video.
