Human Resources Analyst (Compensation Focus)Full‐Time | On‐Site | Manufacturing EnvironmentPosition SummaryWe are seeking a data‐driven Human Resources Analyst with a strong focus on compensation analysis to support a dynamic, operations‐focused organization. This role leads key compensation initiatives while also gaining exposure to the broader employee lifecycle, including recruiting, training, and benefits.This is a fully on‐site position, offering close partnership with leadership and employees in a manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data, influencing leaders with insights, and building fair, competitive compensation programs while developing into a well‐rounded HR professional.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Analytics (Primary Focus)Lead market pricing and benchmarking using salary surveys and industry dataAnalyze internal equity and recommend pay adjustments to ensure fair and consistent compensation practicesSupport the development and maintenance of salary structures, pay ranges, and incentive programsCreate and maintain compensation guidelines, policies, and proceduresConduct job evaluations and maintain job descriptions and classificationsPartner with HR and business leaders to provide data‐driven compensation recommendationsMonitor compensation trends and ensure compliance with applicable regulationsBuild and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision‐makingBroader HR Exposure & DevelopmentSupport recruiting efforts through workforce analytics and process improvementsAssist with training and development initiatives by analyzing participation and effectivenessContribute to benefits analysis, including utilization and cost trend reportingParticipate in cross‐functional HR projects to gain exposure across multiple HR disciplinesQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of HR analyst experience ideally within a manufacturing settingExperience with job evaluation, market pricing, and compensation structure designWorking knowledge of compensation practices, trends, and compliance requirementsSkills & CompetenciesStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsAdvanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; data visualization experience is a plusExcellent communication skills and ability to partner with leaders at all levelsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage confidential informationStrong project management and organizational skillsPreferredExperience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentProfessional certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM‐CP, PHR)Experience working with compensation survey tools and systems
