NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Techno-Functional Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is an hybrid, direct hire position.SALARY: $126,000 – $158,000 + bonus (depending on experience)Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.Requirements10+ years of experience in Information Technology, functional analysis, or related work5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement)Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Azure Integration ServicesExpertise in API development, middleware integration, and data migration tools (e.g., SSIS, Kingsway Soft)Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM integration and automation of business processesExcellent project management and stakeholder communication skillsSQL, PowerBI, and data analysis skills are a plusConfirm work authorization (no sponsorship)Pass background and drug screening checksKey ResponsibilitiesProvide Dynamics 365 administration expertise in a cloud-hosted environmentGuide solution design and best practices, focusing on continuous improvement within areas like Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, or ReportingOptimize, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 systems to meet business needsIntegrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems including CRM and MES (Tulip) using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure toolsSupport day-to-day operations, including scope definition, progress tracking, escalation, and stakeholder communicationConduct training for users on Dynamics 365 best practicesMaintain compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11) and ensure system security and scalabilityFacilitate system updates, environment monitoring, and vendor coordination for maintenance and fixesNextpath Workforce SolutionsNextPath is a strategic talent partner connecting skilled professionals with organizations driving innovation and growth.
