Working closely with other team members and curriculum staff, you will design, develop and implement Individual Care Plans, risk assessments and Individual Support Plans. You will also line manage a team of Learning and Care Support Assistants and ensure the completion of relevant administration. Working hoursWe are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate the following:Trained in Manual Handling, First Aid, Safe Administration of Medication, Epilepsy, Anaphylaxis, Dysphasia and Diabetes including the safe administration of Insulin. Experience of providing specialist support for young peopleGood knowledge of effective support and intervention strategies for learners with Profound and Complex SEND Experience of assessing children/young people to identify individual needs and have a good understanding of the range and types of interventions availableStrong administrative and organisational skillsThe ability to lead a team effectivelyAbility and willingness to start work at 8.45am each dayPlease note, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.Notice For Recruitment AgenciesHRUC operates with a managed service provider (MSP) for recruitment services.
