Shipment Associate (Mon 5am-2pm)

Processing Associate will own the end to end processing of their division from unpacking to back stocking. Assigning an associate to the same division for each shipment will improve their efficiency and UPH as they become familiar with product and product placement. Responsibilities: 1. Understand and track UPH (Unit Per Hour) performance • Individual processing associates should be goaled at 175 (BR/Gap) for processing, placement and backstock. 2. Unpack, sort and process all product within an assigned division (~40% of shipment shift) 3. Replenish sales floor with shipment product. (~55% of shift) 4. Backstock excess merchandise of assigned division (~5% of shift) 5. Assist additional division processing 6. Assist with trash removal from store.
