Integrated Project Manager

Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead project teams in delivering Versabar's core services to our customers in the oil & gas, maritime, civil construction, and aerospace industries.Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesLead integrated project teams through all project phases, including design, fabrication, testing, mobilization, execution, and demobilizationDevelop commercial proposals, schedules, and project basis of design documentsTrack project progress, costs, and commercial compliance, and provide regular reportingLead and participate in project meetingsCoordinate internal and external document transmittals through document controlMonitor and support offsite crews executing assigned project workPrepare, submit, and obtain approval for invoices and variation order requestsCoordinate with other managers to align and prioritize shared company resourcesParticipate in lessons learned, continuous improvement, and business development activitiesReinforce and support Versabar's quality and safety management systems throughout project executionMinimum Qualifications4-year college degreePositive attitude and a strong desire to learnAbility to travel to offshore oil platforms for site visitsAbout VersabarVersabar is a globally recognized leader and pioneer in the development and application of heavy lift solutions, primarily serving the offshore oil and gas industry.
