DCF Guns Sales Representative, Castle Rock, Commission-Based Position with Hourly Rate and Benefits

DCF is Colorado's premier indoor shooting range, gun store, gunsmithing shop, and source for firearm training and education. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a brand-new shooter, DCF has everything you need for a great day on the range and/or shopping. We've raised the bar when it comes to outfitting customers for the shooting sports, making us truly A Higher Caliber of Service.Job Summary:Provides customer service, drives sales, and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.General Responsibilities:Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, or obtains details of complaints.Assists customers in identifying and purchasing firearms and firearms related accessories and trainingEnsures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.Ensures proper documentation and processing of firearms and related articles according to federal regulations.Creates strategies to ensure company profitability is maintained and goals are met.Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.Maintains close contact with customer to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service requests.Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments.Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Job Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: 1-3 years of related experienceFlexibility: Willingness and ability to work longer shifts as required based on the needs of the store.Transportation: Reliable transportation dailySkills:Strong CommunicationPeople SkillsService OrientedTime ManagementCollaborativeWorks well under pressureIf you would like to be considered for joining our team of hard working, fun, gun-loving people, we would love to talk to you!DCF Guns is an EEO employerThis is a full-time position, 4 days on/3 days off, and usually includes evenings and weekends.
