Client Representative
Our client is hiring a Client Representative to support customer engagement and wireless product education in a fast-paced, in-person environment. This is a full-time W-2 position offering paid training, weekly pay, and performance-based commission opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals with experience or interest in wireless sales, customer service, client relations, retail sales, or account support who are looking for long-term growth in the telecommunications industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
Represent wireless products and services to new and existing customers
Educate clients on available plans, devices, promotions, and upgrades
Assist customers with account questions, enrollment, and service options
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
Work face-to-face with customers in a retail or client-facing environment
Meet weekly performance goals related to customer engagement and sales activity
Accurately document customer interactions and maintain compliance standards
Compensation & Pay Structure
W-2 employee status (not contract or 1099)
Weekly base pay plus uncapped commissions
Average weekly earnings range from $600 to $1,500, depending on performance
Paid training provided before full responsibilities begin

Schedule & Requirements
Full-time schedule (must be available to work weekends)
Must be 18 years or older
Reliable transportation required
Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet
Comfortable working directly with customers in person
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Background (Not Required)
Wireless sales or telecommunications experience
Retail sales, customer service, or client support experience
Account management, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles
Entry-level candidates with strong people skills are encouraged to apply
