You'll work a defined book of target accounts, multi-thread into senior HR leaders, and partner directly with Account Managers on pipeline strategy. For the right person, this role is a path into sales team leadership long term.Uniquely, this SDR seat reports into Marketing rather than Sales. Our team operates with structured training, hands-on mentorship, and a collaborative, performance-driven culture.What you'll doGenerate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Use ZoomInfo extensively to research accounts and map key stakeholders. Multi-thread into target accounts by engaging CHROs, VPs of HR, HR Directors, and other HR leaders. Craft and execute high-quality written outreach tailored to persona and industry. Leverage intent data, website signals, and marketing content to improve relevance and response rates. Conduct initial qualification conversations to book meetings for Account Managers, and ensure clean, timely lead handoff with strong context and notes in CRM. Track activity and performance consistently.Collaboration & growthPartner with Marketing to align outreach with campaigns, content, and broader initiatives. Collaborate with Account Managers/Recruiters to support account priorities and pipeline strategy.
