ABA Behavior Technician

The Little Royals Early Intervention Center is a program located in Williston, VT that provides treatment based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with autism and similar social and behavioral challenges. We are looking for an energetic and passionate person to join our team in the role of Behavior Technician *with a flexible start date of 9/21-10/5.* This is a full time, clinic-based position. The Behavior Technician position provides on-going training in the field of autism and Applied Behavior Analysis. This job requires the ability to follow teaching procedures, behavior intervention plans, and data collection systems all designed and supervised by a BCBA. An ability to multi-task, communicate well with families and co-workers, and maintain appropriate levels of energy to play, move and run with little ones is required. Experience with young children with autism or ABA is preferred but not required.
