This role focuses on maintaining system stability, handling incidents, and building smart automation solutions (including AI-driven workflows).🛠 Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support production systems to ensure high availabilityHandle incident response, troubleshooting, and system recoveryPerform root cause analysis and improve system reliabilityWork with logs, dashboards, and monitoring tools to identify issuesAutomate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and toolsCollaborate with development, cloud, and security teamsParticipate in on-call / production support rotation🤖 Nice to Have (Modern Skills)Experience with automation or AI-based workflowsExposure to intelligent monitoring / auto-remediation systems💻 Required SkillsStrong experience in Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support (7+ years)Hands-on with:Cloud platforms (Azure preferred)Kubernetes & DockerJava-based applicationsCI/CD tools (GitHub Actions or similar)Monitoring tools (Dynatrace or similar)Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, Ansible)Solid understanding of incident management & system reliability⭐ What We’re Looking ForCandidates comfortable with on-call supportAbility to handle production incidents independentlyStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience working in fast-paced environments
