Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are a busy, destination café, in the town of Hudson, NY serving a specialty breakfast and lunch menu 7 days a week. We are looking for an addition to our kitchen team with morning/daytime availability Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays. The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced environment with ability to execute recipes and achieve the aesthetic details for each item. This is a forward-facing opportunity with customer interaction. The ideal candidate speaks English fluently, has a neat, clean appearance and excellent hospitality skills. Responsibilities/Skill Set Execute recipes, prep food and follow all potion guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, refrigeration. Monitor food supplies and order ingredients weekly Self started, hardworking, organized and clean Works well in a collaborative environment. Hospitality experience a major plus.
