This position is part of the Marketing Communications team and partners closely with Sales and Operations to drive pipeline growth, optimize marketing performance, and enhance the customer journey across multiple touchpoints.This role is ideal for a technically inclined marketer with hands-on experience in marketing automation, CRM systems, campaign execution, and trade show/event logistics and management. An ideal candidate in this role thrives in a small company where they will be responsible for hands-on activities in our Essex location, managing our marketing third-party vendors, and optimizing our social media campaigns.Digital Campaigns & AutomationBuild, launch, and optimize campaigns across email, paid media, and organic channels to drive lead generation and pipeline growthManage our CRM and marketing automation platforms (MS Dynamics, Click Dimensions or similar), including lead scoring, segmentation, database hygiene, and lifecycle managementDevelop and execute automated nurture programs aligned to buyer stages, and ensure proper attribution and tracking across all digital touchpointsEvent MarketingPlan and execute trade shows and sales events as part of integrated demand generation campaignsHandle everything from pre-event promotion and onsite engagement to post-event follow-up workflowsManage logistics, product packing and freight, vendor relationships, budgets, and ROI reportingAnalytics & CollaborationMonitor KPIs (CTR, conversion rate, pipeline contribution) and translate data into clear, actionable recommendationsPartner with the MARCOM team to develop and deploy content across email, web, and social channelsSupport sales enablement by delivering timely marketing materials and campaign insightsCoordinate and execute the social media content calendarWhat You BringBA/BS in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (required)Background in scientific, laboratory, or technical products a plus3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience1 year of tradeshow coordination experience, preferredProven hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platformsA data-driven mindset. You measure what matters and act on what you findTrade show and event logistics experience; you know how to keep a dozen things on track at onceStrong collaboration skills across Sales, Operations, and Marketing teamsA bias for execution.
