Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide for a full-time, on-site position located in Goodyear, AZ. The Home Health Aide will assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. This role also involves providing companionship, monitoring client well-being, and adhering to any specified care plans. The ideal candidate will prioritize excellent patient care while maintaining clear and compassionate communication with clients and their families. Qualifications Expertise in Home Care and Patient CareProficiency in assisting with Activities of Daily Living (e.g., grooming, bathing, meal preparation)Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their familiesExperience in Personal Care, including providing safe and respectful assistanceAbility to handle tasks efficiently, with empathy and professionalismCPR and First Aid certifications are a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
