This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability, and a commitment to safety and quality.Pay & ScheduleStarting at $23/hr + shift premium (2nd & 3rd shifts)2nd shift premium $1.25/hr / 3:25pm – 11:25pm (Mon – Fri)3rd shift premium $1.50/hr / 11:20pm - 7:20am (Sun - Thurs)Flexibility to train on any shift including 1st shift 7:15 am – 3:30pm (Mon – Fri)Overtime may be required during busy season/based on business needs.Shift availability is subject to changePrimary DutiesSet up, align, and adjust envelope machinesPerform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairsMaintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptimeInspect product quality and minimize wastePerform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacementInstall paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safelyJob Requirements 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experienceAdvanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerancesDetail-oriented, safety-focused, and reliableConsistent attendance and dependability are critical for this rolePhysical RequirementsStanding, bending, climbing, lifting up to 55 lbsExposure to noise, machinery, inks, solvents, glueAbility to work in hot/cold conditions and stay alert around equipmentCENVEO IS AN EEO EMPLOYER
