Tasting Room Manager
About the RolePatterson Cellars is hiring a Tasting Room Manager to oversee both of our Woodinville tasting room locations. This role is ideal for a strong operator who can lead across multiple spaces, build team culture, and ensure consistency in service, sales, and execution.Position OverviewReporting to the Vice President/Managing Partner, this role is responsible for managing operations across both Woodinville tasting rooms. You will lead staff, drive sales performance, and ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience at both locations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations across both Woodinville tasting room locationsLead, coach, and develop staff across multiple teams, ensuring consistency in service and sales approachCreate and manage staffing schedules across both locationsDrive wine sales and wine club growth through team leadership and accountabilityEnsure proper inventory management, POS functionality, and daily financial reportingCoordinate staffing and execution of events, tours, and large group experiencesPartner with Sales & Operations and Marketing to align on promotions, pricing, and programmingMaintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest experience across both spacesAct as the primary point of communication for Woodinville operations in leadership meetingsQualifications 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience1+ year of team management experienceRetail experience required; wine industry experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systemsFlexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidaysMust be 21+ with (or able to obtain) MAST Permit and Food Handler’s PermitAbility to lift up to 40 lbsCompensation & Benefits$22–$26/hour plus tips and commissionsMonthly sales bonusMedical, dental, and vision coveragePaid wine education and trainingIndustry perks anand employee discountsPaid time off
