Job Title: Safety RewriterContract Duration:3–6 MonthsLocation: Mesa, Arizona- OnsiteJob OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Safety Rewriter to enhance AI-generated content by applying strong writing, editing, research, and content evaluation skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated responses, improving quality, ensuring compliance with content guidelines, and creating engaging, accurate, and user-friendly content across various formats.This role requires exceptional command of the English language, strong creative writing abilities, attention to detail, and an interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, rewrite, and enhance AI-generated content using provided prompts, inputs, and guidelines.Conduct research and investigative analysis to improve accuracy, relevance, and quality of responses.Evaluate AI prompts and outputs to determine the best possible response through creative editing and refinement.Ensure generated content meets quality, safety, and appropriateness standards.Adapt writing style, tone, and format based on specific user requirements and scenarios.Create and refine content across multiple formats, including:Creative writing (stories, poems, scripts, jokes, lyrics, and other creative content)Professional communications (emails, letters, memos, announcements, and social media content)Business documents (reports, job applications, advertisements, presentations, and performance reviews)Informational content (recommendations, summaries, comparisons, instructions, explanations, recipes, and guides)Conversational interactions, role-play scenarios, and personality-based responsesProofread and edit content to improve grammar, clarity, tone, structure, and readability.Follow content safety policies and maintain consistency across AI-generated responses.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in content creation, creative writing, editing, proofreading, Trust & Safety (T&S), or related fields.Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Communications, Journalism, Copywriting, Education, English, or a related language-focused discipline.Native-level proficiency in Business English.Strong understanding of English grammar, punctuation, writing style, and tone.Excellent editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to create clear, concise, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.Ability to adapt writing style across different formats, audiences, and contexts.Experience following detailed writing instructions and content guidelines.Strong research and analytical skills.Interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and emerging technologies.Preferred SkillsExperience working with AI-generated content or language models.Background in content moderation, quality assurance, or AI training data projects.Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple content tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.Work ScheduleFull-time: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)Available shift timings: 7:00 AM / 8:00 AM / 9:00 AM
