Sales Associate

T C Elli's in Lubbock, TX is looking for sales associates to join our 10 person strong team for the summer. We are located at 2422 Broadway in Lubbock. We are growing rapidly and need energetic, optimistic, and highly motivated people to join our team! Are you ready to grow and be challenged? No experience needed, we will train! This is a Sales Associate position with the opportunity to advance into middle management. If you love fashion, creativity, and people this is the perfect job for you! Responsibilities *Welcome customers by greeting them and offering them assistance. *Direct customers by escorting them to our products. *Advise customers by providing information on products. *Process payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and store or other credit cards. *Use judgment to solve customer problems *Maintain scheduling commitments *Modeling clothing for our online store and social media Qualifications *Friendly and outgoing personality *Excellent verbal skills *Able to problem solve as issues arise *Able to work in a high volume, quick paced atmosphere PLEASE, PLEASE, DO NOT CALL US CONCERNING YOUR RESUME. We are very busy with customers and our sales associates do not have any information on the hiring process. 300-400 applications are submitted each semester so we are not able to contact you if you do not make it to the next step.
