We are seeking a Facilities & Warehouse Manager to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our Portland Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, and productive environment that supports the needs of the building’s occupants and the operations. You’ll oversee building maintenance, repair services, warehouse operations, safety protocols, and space utilization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Your Duties Will Include: Manage day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and cleaning services. Oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics for multiple companies, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient distribution. Implement and enforce safety and security protocols in line with company policies and industry regulations. Coordinate space utilization within the Sherwood Building, ensuring optimal use of warehouse and office areas. Develop and manage relationships with vendors and service providers for building maintenance and repair services. Conduct regular inspections to ensure the facility and equipment are in optimal working condition. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Work closely with company leadership to identify facility and operational needs, budget requirements, and long-term planning. Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff to support operational goals and company growth. Job Requirements: SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION - Work in a construction environment, with and around insulation of all types Possess valid driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record Proven experience in facilities and warehouse management, with a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to building management, maintenance, and warehousing. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
