Maintenance Reliability Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager with a strong background in heavy industrial manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of our manufacturing equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our operations. Responsibilities: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all foundry equipment. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment lifespan. Lead a team of maintenance supervisors and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Foster a culture of reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the maintenance team. Work closely with the production team to understand and address any maintenance-related challenges affecting production schedules. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in industrial operations.
