Editorial Director

A company is looking for an Editorial Director to provide strategic leadership for editorial quality and research integrity across its journal portfolio. Key Responsibilities Contribute to editorial strategy and advise on journal positioning and community engagement Provide direct editorial oversight for select journals and lead the Research Integrity program Analyze editorial performance data to guide improvements and support editorial processes Required Qualifications Advanced degree in a relevant discipline required; PhD preferred 10+ years of experience in scholarly publishing or editorial leadership Experience working closely with Editors-in-Chief and editorial boards Demonstrated experience improving editorial workflows and peer review performance Experience managing research integrity or publication ethics issues preferred
