Job DescriptionThe Lead App Admin (eDiscovery) role at Infotrend, Inc. offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise to our eDiscovery litigation support teams. This role involves guiding and mentoring technical staff while ensuring the proper execution of processes, procedures, and workflows. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving process improvements, enhancing data integrity, and collaborating with various business units to align both business and technical requirements. This position requires strategic oversight, evaluating proposed changes for cost-efficiency and feasibility, while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and governance.ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the architectural frameworks/patterns, processes, standards and guidelines related to litigation support systems and data architecture.Develop system design, configuration, and templates and implement them.Provide technical and software subject matter expertise to the various litigation support teams including communicating configuration decisions and mentoring other technical staff around the various tools and options.Identify common data elements shared across litigation support tools.Coordinate changes, routine maintenance and upgrades to complex systems.Evaluate proposed changes for cost and technical impact.Oversee multiple efforts to improve quality, efficiency, data integrity, and availability.Confer with business units and litigation support staff to understand both the business and technical requirements.Create performance metrics and traceability maps to determine the effectiveness of solutions and facilitate governance.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree required10+ years of professional experience5+ years of experience in litigation support, preferably eDiscovery3+ years of management or supervisory experience8+ years of Information Technology experienceAbility to obtain and maintain a Public TrustThe salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $120,000 annually. The exact salary offered will depend on your qualifications, experience, and alignment with the responsibilities of the role.
