Associate Director, Commerce Activation

Job TitleIn this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of innovative commerce activation strategies that drive revenue growth, increase product conversion, and enhance the customer experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop commerce activation strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to improve processes and client deliverables. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. Develop and maintain relationships with media partners and negotiate media buys to maximize ROI. Supervise, train, and develop commerce activation strategists and coordinators. Work on process development/improvements.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. 6+ years of experience in commerce activation strategy, including expertise in paid search, social media, display advertising, and e-commerce. Strong background in Retail Media Networks (RMNs) - preferably Walmart Connect. Proven track record of driving revenue growth through innovative media strategies. Ability to improve or develop process and protocols to improve client deliverables and capacity management for the team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams. Experience managing a team. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
