Maintain and operate audio visual systems including the casino floor, hotel and back of house distributed audio and digital signage systems and networks, Triple Play server and Scala CMS, floor wide music and messaging system, and the Daktronics reader board systems. Set-up, operate, and support technical event services including sound reinforcement, video production, lighting, and rigging for all event venues and convention spaces.JOB ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-Level 1:Perform all aspects of the casino floor, hotel, and back of house audio visual integration, expansion, upgrades, and relocationOperate audio and video, and lighting systems for promotional and other events at various locations around the property including the casino floor, convention spaces, Event Center, and other venuesPerform rigging in convention and event spacesProficient with lighting and sound consolesTroubleshoot issues in all audio, video, lighting, computer, and network systems maintained by the Entertainment departmentAssist in inventory of all existing and future audio-visual equipment and maintain and repair as necessaryParticipate in video production of events and hybrid events as needed at the property including camera operation, video switching, and content broadcastRecord and edit video for a variety of client and property needsEnsure proper audiovisual needs are met for all external and internal clients and functionsTrain clients and property end users on use of audio-visual systemsOperate motorized vehicles, I.e., hydraulic, and electrically powered high reach (man lift)Capable of handling routine internal customer inquiries and incidents.Refer situations to superiors as appropriateMaintain and operate Triple Play/SCALA systems and Daktronics reader board systemsMaintain and operate Evertz video switching system, Com3000, DirecTV systemMaintain and operate property audio/video/control networks in conjunction with IT Network Specialists.Responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of A/V equipment used for conventions, meetings, and special events including laptop computers and peripherals, video projectors, video screens, flat panel monitors, televisions, video cameras, video playback devices, slide projectors, overhead projectors, wired and wireless microphones, analog and digital audio mixing consoles, easels, and flip chartsResponsible for the set-up and operation of audio and video equipment associated with events in the Myst Bar, Wicked Weed, and other venues at the propertyWork in conjunction with the Audio Visual Manager, other A/V Technicians, Production Manager, Production Technicians, Entertainment Manager, Media Coordinator, Special Events and Promotions, and artist representatives to ensure projects and events are executed successfully and internal/external customer service levels are maintained to the highest degreeProvide fast and friendly service to all guestsOther duties as required, including assistance in the set-up and break-down of stage sets, meeting promotional and other events at various locations around the property including the casino floor, convention spaces, events center and other venuesOversee set-up and execution of events and other functions as needed at the propertyHighly proficient with lighting and sound consolesAdminister Triple Play server and Scala CMS systems, Daktronics reader board systems, Evertz video switching system, Com3000, and DirecTV systemAdminister Peavy Nware, Qsc Q-SYS, BSS Soundweb, Dante and CobraNetAdminister property audio/video/control networks in conjunction with IT Network Specialists.Administer computer systems including Scala player PCs, laptops, smart devices, etc.Train subordinates, providing each with the knowledge, development and appropriate direction to perform his/her responsibilitiesMaintain inventory of all existing and future AV equipmentContribute to planning and design of property A/V integration projectsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or GED requiredTwo years demonstrated experience in the A/V integration, or production field requiredLevel 25 Years' Experience demonstrated experience in the A/V integration, or production field
