The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of matrimonial and family law.The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse caseload and play a key role in delivering strategic, client-focused legal representation across all stages of litigation. About the Position Immediate courtroom exposure and hands-on case responsibilityDirect client interaction and strategic involvement in casesOpportunity to grow within a well-established, high-performing firmWork closely with experienced attorneys recognized in their fieldKey Responsibilities Represent clients in all phases of matrimonial and family law mattersConduct legal research and develop case strategiesDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery demands, subpoenas, and legal correspondenceAppear in Supreme and Family CourtsConduct hearings, trials, and depositionsPrepare clients and witnesses for court proceedings and interviewsManage client communications, including meetings and phone conferencesIndependently manage a demanding caseloadTravel for court appearances in Westchester, Dutchess, Putnam, and Rockland CountiesQualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degreeActive license to practice law in New York StateMinimum of 3 years of matrimonial/family law experience Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skillsEffective negotiation and advocacy abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000 – $175,000 per year (based on experience and performance)Health insurancePaid CLE and New York Bar renewal feesPaid time off and firm-observed holidaysSchedule & Work Environment Full-time, Monday to FridayExcellent work/life balance   In-person role based in White Plains, NY
