*Title: *RN *- *House Supervisor *Location: *Arcata CA 95518 *Shift: *7:00pm - 7:30am *Weekly Hours: *36 Hours *Start Date: *within 2 weeks *Pay rate: *Gross weekly $2401 for 36 Hours. *Required:* RN License in CA BLS (AHA) *Job Description:* The *RN House Supervisor* oversees hospital operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, appropriate staffing, and effective coordination among clinical departments. This role serves as the administrative and clinical leader in the absence of senior nursing leadership. *Responsibilities:* * Supervise and coordinate nursing and support staff across all assigned units. * Ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care delivery. * Monitor staffing levels and make adjustments based on patient acuity and census. * Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing teams. * Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate interventions. * Manage patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges. * Address patient, family, and staff concerns in a professional manner. * Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements. * Collaborate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams. * Prepare incident reports and participate in quality improvement initiatives. * Maintain accurate documentation and shift reports. #INDRNs Pay: $2,401.00 per week Experience: * RN Supervisor : 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * RN License in CA (Required) * BLS Certification (Required) Work Location: In person
