Physical Therapist

Seeking experienced physical therapist with passion and experience in the field of pediatrics and adults. Outpatient, multidisciplinary (PT, OT, SLP) private practice with an emphasis on sensory integration treatment, concussion rehab, learning & development, Schroth scoliosis treatment, orthopedics & gait training, and developmental disabilities. Full-time position, minimum 1 years of experience. Responsibilities Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility Develop care plans using a variety of treatment techniques Create fitness- and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients’ specific needs Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven interventions Motivate patients during treatment in order to help them function optimally Promote clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate effects and monitor and communicate progress Document patient care services Skills Proven work experience as an occupational therapist- 1+ Years Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Current knowledge of treatment practices Drive to continually learn and grow Professional behavior Excellent interpersonal communication skills Valid license to practice physical therapy Graduate degree or greater in physical therapy Qualifications - Physical Therapy License - Experience in patient care, particularly in pediatrics - Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology - Proficiency in creating and implementing care plans - Previous experience in acute care settings - Familiarity with trigger point therapy and orthopedic treatments - Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $55.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Professional development assistance Tuition reimbursement Vision insurance Schedule: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift After school Choose your own hours Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Pediatric Physical Therapy: 1 year (Required) License/Certification: Physical Therapy License in the state of Texas (Required) Shift availability: Day Shift (Required) Ability to Relocate: Dallas, TX 75230: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
