Part time/Per Diem positions are eligible for 401k based on reaching 1,000 hours within their first anniversary or subsequent calendar year.Your Impact Matters: Join a team of over 44,000 committed to providing exceptional patient careResponsibilities:Assists in maintaining a safe environment in compliance with applicable policies and regulations that enhances the patient, family and employee experience by performing routine and specific assignments.Assists in maintaining a safe environment by reporting unsafe conditions immediately to supervisor.Assists in maintaining the quality and appearance of the facility. Completes monthly inspection report and reviews with the supervisor. Completes necessary repairs identified or arranges for outside contractors if assistance needed to complete repairs.Conducts daily rounds visually inspecting facility aesthetics, repairs as necessary stained ceiling tiles, chipped/dirty paint and/or anything that would diminish the appearance of the facility.Paints and performs light carpentry as neededInspects and repairs, as necessary plumbing issues such as faucets, toilets and showers.Assists with van maintenance according to policy and regulatory requirements. Coordinates with vendors if repairs are neededAssists with yard maintenance, including snow removal including salting operations and coordinates with outside vendors as necessaryPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Current State Driver's License in good standing required.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in similar role preferredAbility to problem solve effectivelyEqual Opportunity Employer/including Disabled/Veterans
