The company offers a wide range of services, including anatomic, clinical, and molecular pathology testing. This is a full-time, day shift position where you will be working independentlyKey Responsibilities: Independently perform routine and complex laboratory tests. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are calibrated, validated, and functioning correctly. Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy and consistency of findings. Review and interpret test data, recognizing any discrepancies or abnormalities and taking appropriate corrective actions. Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements. Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality control measures, and accreditation guidelines. Work closely with laboratory supervisors and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
